All my creations are designed and made by me.  I use beautiful vintage materials and accessories to make something unique.  Often these are delicate and may show signs of their age.  I think that this adds to rather than detracts from their charm and I am happy that they can be enjoyed and loved again.

The embroidered pillows that I make are for decoration only.  They are filled to the brim with scented lavender.  Just a reminder that the lavender is not to be consumed.  Alternatively, at your request, I can fill the pillow with fire-safe toy stuffing.

Having discussed your requirements and received your order I aim to have your original hand-made stitching ready for you within 28 days.  If you have a deadline, however, please tell me and I may be able to accommodate your request.

However, if you are not delighted with it, please let me know by email. I will offer a refund, as long as it is returned to me within 14 days, at your cost, in the same re-saleable condition.  Please obtain proof of posting;  if the item is lost in the post I do not accept liability. 

I do not offer refunds on made-to-order items unless it isn't as I have described/agreed with you.  

If you have any issues at all with your purchase I would like to put them right, so please do contact me about it. 

I currently ship by Royal Mail within the UK and Internationally. Due to recent Health and Safety regulations in the EU, i no longer ship to EU Europe.  I will however continue to review this as the regulations become clearer.  P&P prices vary and are listed with the products.

However please contact me if you require other shipping options.

I aim to post out non-personalised items within 5 working days of your order.
